We believe it is important to support and enrich local communities through social initiatives, education opportunities and partnerships with local businesses. Providing support that reaches out further than the workplace – to employee’s families and communities – is essential. We prefer to work with suppliers with a similar ethos to our own.

- Our garment supplier invests heavily in CSR commitments in projects with young children, staff and the whole community. With funding for school equipment and clothing – as well as sponsoring education for underprivileged children, ambulances and equipment to rural areas – they also conduct local skill training workshops amongst their other initiatives.

- Our button supplier is an active Trustee of the Sona Jee Trust, an organisation involved in taking care of sick cows, giving them food and shelter.

- We will decide this year on our own Corporate Social Responsible (CSR) commitments in support of the community that has so lovingly shared their traditional techniques and resources during the creation of Kopila.
